Hi, I’m Sasha!

A postpartum doula, a mediator, and a coach — helping people find strength in their own agency.

At first glance, these roles might seem different, but they’re deeply connected. Each is grounded in presence, communication, and trust — and in honoring every person as the expert of their own life. Whether I’m supporting new parents, facilitating dialogue, or guiding personal growth, my approach centers on awareness, empathy, and collaboration.

Some personal facts:

I was born in 1982 in Russia and have lived in the U.S. since 2023; before that, I spent some years in Israel. Having lived in such different places, I know what it means to start over and weave new systems and cultures into my life.

I speak Russian and English, and have some knowledge of German, Portuguese and French. I once worked as a translator, and I guess that love for building understanding between people never really left me.
