I’m There For You
Get to know me
-
In the beautiful month of June, in case that matters!
-
I speak fluent Russian and English, and know a bit of German, French, and Portuguese. I’ve lived in Russia, Israel, and the US.
-
Yeah, I've seen it all—diapers, puddles, hormone floods. I remember my hands shaking over my first tiny human. That’s exactly when I wished for support, and it’s what drives me as a doula today!
-
I breastfed each of my children for over two years each, including tandem nursing my younger two. (Every parent’s path is personal—I’ll support whatever works for you in terms of feeding!)
-
I’ve also cared for two newborns not my own, for periods ranging from one day to a couple of weeks. This taught me creativity, cooperation, and adaptability.
-
In November 2024, a friend of mine gave birth. She was alone, far from family, and she was 47! She just felt ready, and she did it. I stayed with her and the baby for a week. In the middle of that week, I discovered postpartum doulas were a thing—and I knew it was for me.
-
In January 2025, I completed a postpartum doula course (and a 3-hour lactation element) with Ann Grauer (accredited by DONA International). I’m working on my DONA certification now.
I’m also a mediator and a coach (aspiring to certify with ICF). This background provides me with powerful tools to promote understanding between family members and support you while you build skills.I hold CPR certification, including pediatric.
Grief-informed. Neurodivergence ally. -
My goal is to empower you as parents, making your parenthood less stressful and more enjoyable. Through my work, I aim to enhance cooperation, compassion, and humaneness. Whatever happens, I want you to know: you've got this; and you're not alone.

We’ll start with a quick call to see if we're a good fit and check my availability. To schedule, just fill out the form or send me a text.
Then we’ll hold a 1–2 hours pre-birth meeting with your family. This is essential to get to know each other, set expectations, and craft a calm, tailored plan. (Already had your baby? No problem—we’ll do it anyway.)
Now we’re all set to start the postpartum support. It typically lasts for 2–6 weeks, 4 days a week, 4 hours a day. We can be flexible as we go, with each week pre-payed.
Every family is unique. Once we settle on a schedule, we’ll sign a simple agreement—just to make it official and stress-free.
-
I provide no medical services. As a doula, I can't even take the baby's temperature! I'll always advise you to see a doctor when needed and share any resources I have.
Unfortunately, I'm uncomfortable around large dogs. Even the friendliest ones. If there's a dog larger than a golden retriever in the household, I won’t be able to support you as you deserve. I hope you find another great match!
No overnights. With age, I lost the ability to stay awake through the night and still provide the care I aim to give.
