Your privacy matters to me. This page explains what kind of information I collect when you use my website, how I use it, and how I keep it safe.

My services are available only in New Jersey and New York, and this website is meant for people based in these areas. I don’t intentionally collect or process information from people outside my service area.

What I collect

When you fill out my contact form, I may collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- An approximate date when you plan to use my services (optional)
- Any message or additional information you choose to share

That’s it. I don’t collect sensitive health information or anything I don’t need to respond to your inquiry.

How I use this information

I use what you share only to:
- Respond to your message
- Provide information about my services in New Jersey and New York
- Schedule and manage consultations or sessions
- Keep simple records for communication and scheduling purposes

I don’t use your information for marketing or newsletters unless you explicitly ask me to.

How I store and protect your data

I store your information securely using Google Workspace (Google Sheets). Google acts as a trusted service provider and is required to protect your data under its own privacy and security standards.

Access to your information is limited to me and, if needed, specific trusted support providers who follow the same confidentiality principles. I take reasonable technical and organizational steps to keep your information safe from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

When I share information

I don’t sell or rent your personal data, ever. I may share your information only:
- With trusted service providers (like Google Workspace) who help me operate securely, or
- If required by law or a legal process.

How long I keep your information

I keep your personal information only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or provide services. If we don’t work together, your details may be deleted after a reasonable period.

Your privacy rights

If you live in New Jersey or New York, you can:
- Ask to see the information I have about you
- Request a correction if something’s inaccurate
- Ask for your information to be deleted
